Description
In order to be able to make modifications to stylesheet without modifying civicrm.css, we can load additional CSS file - css/extras.css. Default copy of this file is empty, but people can throw in their local changes to it and "overload" default stylesheet. It's a bit like a custom CSS, but not loaded instead of civicrm.css, but right after it.
This should make upgrades easier - no need to merge custom css with upgraded default, just tweaks to "overloaded" styles.
