Copying protected (Reserved) CiviCRM Profile does not enable Settings link

            Description

            Steps to recreate:

            (New CiviCRM install)

            1) Nav to civicrm/admin/uf/group&reset=1
            2) In right most column in the row for New Household, click "more", then select Copy Profile. Click OK to confirm.

            Expected Results
            1) New row added to page with Profile Title column value of: Copy of New Household
            2) Rightmost column (which needs a column heading IMO) should have links: Fields | Settings| more

            Actual Results:
            1) New row added to page with Profile Title column value of: Copy of New Household
            2) Rightmost column does not have a Settings link, and Reserved column for copied profile says "Yes". The copy shold not be reserved.
