Event templates - don't make fields compulsory

Hello,

If you create an event template you want to set some fields - e.g. the payment processor, pay later text but not others - e.g the fee level.

However, if you set the payment processor the FEE fields are compulsory. I would think that NO fields should be compulsory in a template as you would leave any fields that you wish to be set event by event blank and hopefully the appropriate fields would be compulsory at that point. As it is I have to set a dummy fee level in my template events.
