Change new search to edit search criteria in profiles to more accuratley reflect function of form

Relatively minor but when you successfully search on a profile e.g. http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/profile/?reset=1&gid=1 the Search criteria are hidden and the help text that is displayed is 'New Search'

A client pointed out to me that it isn't actually a new search because the previous criteria populate that box.

I've therefore changed it to Edit Search Criteria which matches the normal Advanced search behaviour.

Because this is a text string and used by Smarty, I'm unsure as to the localisation implications but am presuming that because it is an already existing string, it should be fine. Am I correct?
