Activity Search improvements

The attached files offer some improvements to the custom activity search.

• Adds search by contact (searches assignor, source, and assignee contacts)
• Adds additional core fields to export (location, duration, details, assignee)
• Adds activity custom fields to export (note, does not include custom fields for those with a subtype, i.e. a specific activity – see lobo if you think it should include all)
