Description
This patch adds the new fields for CiviCRM and others I have been meaning to add for a while.
Included are
Contact Sub Type
The Soft Credits Table
The recurring contribution table
Many of the fields from the Activities that were missing (Priority, Encountrer Medium, Is auto and parent ID)
