Contact Import - Gender Import is Broken

If you map a column w/ valid Gender enums (i.e. they are exact matches to the values in the civicrm_gender), the values do not get imported.

Also, if not already being done, we should make atches to civicrm_gender values case-insensitive (so 'male' in the import data will match to 'Male' in civicrm_gender.name

You can test w/ the attached file.

Please test behavior for Prefix and Suffix as well - and make sure they are working properly.
