Tell a Friend Emails from PCPs Have Incorrect ID in Link

            Description

            The links that are sent in the PCP Tell a Friend emails have incorrect user IDs. Here is an example of the link:

            To make a contribution, go to:
            >> http://trumpaids.org/index.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/contribute/pcp/info&reset=1&id=2

            The id always refers to the Contribution Page ID. Instead, it should refer to the PCP ID.

            I'm unable to confirm this on the demo site because outgoing email is not configured for that test site.
