Description
The id being generated from within the user dashboard for refer a friend is incorrect.
It is generating the url from the dashboard user menu - so it is adding on id (in this instance 56) which is only viewable via registered users.
To correct this, I set the menu to registered, and made the dashboard link public.
This does resolve the issue, however note should be taken that you MUST set the dashboard link to public or when the Friend clicks on it, it will take you to a login page instead of the PCP Info page.
