Views exposed filter - any contact type - always available

            Description

            The any contact type contact type option always displays and seems to be filtering for null contact types. This displays independently of the Optional checkbox, which corresponds to <Any> contact type and works as expected.

            Tested on Drupal 6.15, Views 2.8, CiviCRM 3.1 beta 6
