Private data displayed to subsequent PCP page creator

            Description

            I created a new PCP: PCP4 on the CiviCRM 3.1 Demo site. At the end of the PCP creation process, I clicked on the Donate Now button and was directed to http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contribute/transact?reset=1&id=1

            On this page the form is pre-populated with private data (email, street, city, state, postal) from a previous user. Screen captures are attached.
