      • Not sure about the command names to use, drush crm or drush civicrm? drush crm clear or drush crm cache clear?
      • There is a lot of room for improvement of api and clear
      • There are tons of other opportunities for drush crm

IMHO 'civicrm' for the command will be much better than 'crm'. Whether 'clear' or 'cache clear' should be chosen depends on what this does (and/or will do in the future).

'civicrm' is probably better, I was just thinking lazy.
However, it seems that spaces are deprecated in the dev version of drush. So it should be civicrm-cache-clear and such.

I also started civicrm-bin, to make it easier to run the php stuff in the bin/ directory (i.e. without wgetting a long url that includes user, pass and key).

'civicrm-cache-clear' and 'civicrm-rest' have been added. More utilities will be added as we get request / patches.
