Profile form submit in My Account redirects to random page rather than reloading with "The changes have been saved." status

            Also recreated on 3.1.2 demo. After submitting this form - http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/user/2/edit/Name%20and%20Address - we're now redirecting to the last URL in the user's session. This is a regression bug. The expected behavior - and the behavior in 3.0 - is that we reload that URL after saving and show a status message:

            "The changes have been saved."
