Description
Make it easier to move a site from test -> staging -> production
Administrators can run bin/migrate/move.php to automate the following:
- updates resource url and directory settings in civicrm_domain.config_backend
- clears template cache and upload directories
- clears civicrm cache tables in the db
- clears / resets the session
