Add links to contact and participant records from participant reports

It is handy to have links from a participant report to the individual participant records – for the purpose of adding payments, sending receipts, changing role or status, etc.

We probably should link the name to the contact report and if the user has permissions, add a participant link to the participant record next to the name (or something like that)
