      Description

      When creating a follow-up activity, the user is not able to assign someone to the task. Therefore, the user must save the follow-up activity, then go back into the activity and assign a user to the task. This is not especially efficient, especially if you are viewing your own dashboard, then you must search for the person the activity is "With" and assign a user to it.

      For example:

      • I have a phone call with a contact named "Steve Smith" assigned to me and displayed on my dashboard.
      • I click the title to view the activity, place the call, record my notes, and schedule a follow-up meeting.
      • Once the activity is saved, I am taken back to my dashboard where I do not see the follow-up activity.
      • I must then search for "Steve Smith" and bring up his profile. Then click the "Activities" tab, open the activity, and assign the appropriate user.

      This is not efficient IMHO. The better way to do this would be to have an "Assigned To" field in the "Follow Up" section of the original activity.

          These 448 issues have not been worked on for the past 18 months.

          Doing a bulk close of old issues to make the issue queue more manageable. We should do this on a periodic basis.
