not firing on Event delete: hook_civicrm_pre and hook_civicrm_post

            Description

            Documentation says these hooks are good for 'delete' operation, and good for 'Event' object. Current code doesn't fire the hooks for deleting an Event. This patch adds that functionality.

            Patch is against my copy of 3.1. Not too familiar with the expectations for patches here, so I'll be happy to resubmit a patch against a different version if that would be useful.
