CRM-6215 Email fields not displayed in contribution profile

      Description

      I've noticed if I add an additional email field to a profile such as "Home" or "other" it fails to display on the contribution page however it does appear on the confirmation email but is blank.

      the attached screen shots highlight the issue

      img1 shows the profile config page
      img2 shows the contribution page where the field should be
      img3 shows the field in the confirmation email

          These 448 issues have not been worked on for the past 18 months.

          Doing a bulk close of old issues to make the issue queue more manageable. We should do this on a periodic basis.
