      Description

Dimensions are an issue. The pages should adapt to the browser width and not forcing user to scroll to see everything.

I suppose you guys are working with nice big resolutions but must remember of the possibility that others may still have 800x600 or even 1024x768, specially in the underdevelopment countries

Requesting more specific feedback on key problem pages and suggested fixes/display modifications.

Perhaps he is referring to problems using CiviCRM with fixed-width Drupal phptemplate themes like Kubrick: many forms (like the basic & advanced contact search forms) and report screens assume more available on-screen real estate and overlap with navigation menus and blocks that may be arranged along the right-hand side of a page. I know we have this problem with our site, but I haven't done anything to fix it yet except suggest that users switch to a different theme.

This is what happens when CiviCRM runs out of space because a theme has a fixed width and other stuff in the way

My original comment was based on your own demo site and not in any other situation.

It is still actual as you may see in the attachment I made with the window resized 800 x 600 pixels of resolution.

Also with the Joomla demo but less.

We use chameleon. The basic Find Contact is EXTREMELY wide.

Verified fixed as of 4.0.7, European Code Sprint 12/2011.
