Contact popup summary is missing id in the url

This only happens when you're on the contact summary page, but the contact popup when you hover over the icon (above the actions button) is missing the id in the url.

But not sure why there is a need for this popup when you are already on the contact summary page. So another solution would be to remove it completely from this page.
