            Description

            I added an extra hook that's called when contacts are added to a tag and when a contact has been removed from a tag.
            Any improvement ideas are welcome.

                1. we've extended the tag interface for multiple objects, so i updated the hook for that

                2. instead of creating a new hook, i'm reusing the hook_civicrm_post
