            Description

            It seems quite a few issues were fixed in the January release of PEAR's Mail library: http://forum.civicrm.org/?topic=14318 - we should try upgrading (and, maybe, finally dropping the CRM/Utils/Mail/FixedMailMIME.php abomination?) and see whether it works in 3.2.
