Upgrade documentation error

            Description

            Hi –

            I just followed the upgrade 1.2->1.3 instructions here:
            http://objectledge.org/confluence/display/CRM/Upgrading+from+v1.2+to+v1.3

            I edited the civicrm.php file in /sites/default but only got a page full of errors.
            I then copied civicrm.php to /modules/civicrm/modules/config.inc.php and that solved the problem.
            I probably want to keep it in the sites/default directory, but as long as I know where it's being found that's okay.
