Manage events pop-up menus don't reset

            Description

            On the manage events page, after switching from the default view to "Search All or by Date Range", the pop-up menus for Configure, Participants, Event Links, and more don't reset when you click away.

            Tested on Safari, Firefox/Mac, and Chrome/Mac.
