Event custom field type Note is not editable on existing events and doesn't save

I replicated this on 3.2 demo.

• Create a custom data set extends Event
• Add a Note field / WYSIWYG
• Go to Manage Events -> Configure -> Info and Settings for an existing event
  The 'pane' is there for the custom field group but you only get the field label (no input)

If you go to "New Event" - you do see the input field - but if you select an event template - the input field disappears when the page reloads.
I did not confirm the "doesn't save" - but given the other behaviors it's probably also a problem.
I also did not confirm whether this only affects Note -> WYSIWYG fields or if it more broadly affects Event custom data fields.
