Some contact tokens are not evaluated when used in Message Templates

Non-default contact tokens don't evaluate in msg template. Examples:

Dear (email greeting=

{contact.email_greeting}

) (or by first name:

{contact.first_name}

<br />
... and you prefer to communicate via

{contact.preferred_communication_method}

<br />
your postal greeting is:

{contact.postal_greeting}

<br />
and your addressee is:

{contact.addressee}

<br />
I see you prefer to speak

{contact.preferred_language}
