Description
The original issue CRM-6545 auto-filled the subject but doesn't include the previous value in the subject. With this modification, IF the user doesn't supply a subject - the subject includes prior and new value.
EXAMPLE: For Change Case Status ....
"Case status changed from Ongoing to Urgent"
