Find and Merge Duplicate Contacts URL wrong in navigation menu

            Description

            Looks like something has changed in the invoke path code - since the current URL (first one below) goes to the correct page in 3.1.x.

            If you click on the Administer > Manage > Find and Merge Duplicate Contacts in the 3.2 navigation menu it takes you to the wrong URL:

            http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/deduperules&reset=1

            It should be:

            http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/deduperules?reset=1
