Wording at top of case dashboard doesn't change for My vs. All, but other wording does.

            Description

            Attaching this as a patch since not sure if others think it should work this way.

            Proposing that the wording in templates/CRM/Case/Page/Dashboard.tpl change to say Summary of All Cases when you are viewing all cases.
