            Description

            Filing this for eileen, whose ISP is making it hard to get through to this domain. Eileen says:
            "I can't get to CiviCRM to log a JIRA but if someone else can log it for me here it is the patch to replace UNIX specific paths with generic ones in PHPUnit.php"
