CRM-6920 Custom field set should set default to "tab" when recursive

            Description

            When I create custom field sets for Households, Individuals and Organizations and tick the box for 'Does this Custom Field Set allow multiple records?', I get an error message telling me I should set the display Style to "Tab". Functionally totally correct, but if I already know it has to be Tab because I ticked the multiple, I would prefer it to set the display style to 'Tab' automatically.
