authenticate user cannot access the "Your File has been deleted message"

      Description

      Hi,

      I have created a user input form---a profile with custom and some default fields. There is an Upload field to upload a file; Permissions are set so that an Authenticated user cannot access the contact dashboard page (https://test.mysite.edu/index.php?q=civicrm/dashboard&reset=1).

      Now when an authenticated user attaches a file in the form and say DELETES it to reattach another or whatever....
      The message "The attached file has been deleted is NOT seen by the authenticated user since he does NOT have access to the contact dashboard page.
      (the attached file IS deleted, but the authenticated user does not know what is happening;as he gets an "ACCESS DENIED" error.

      I need the authenticated user see the "Your file has been deleted " message without him accessing the contact dashboard page.
