Description
Extend the existing Authorize.net plugin to support Auth.net's ARB (Automated Recurring Billing) API.
1. Online contribution page configuration: allows selection of Recurring Contribution properties when Authorize.net is selected as a payment processor
2. Offline "Record Credit Card Contribution" form -
- allow selection of Recurring Contribution properties (and creation of contribution_recur record) when Authorize.net OR PayPal Pro are selected as the payment processor
3. Upgrades need to update payment_processor_type table row for Auth.net to include recurring payment column values
4. Wiki documentation updates to reflect that recurring is supported with Auth.net and provide configuration instructions / link to requirements and Auth.net merchant account config / setup for ARB on their site.
