            Description

            Erik H. provided some nice improvements to the include/exclude:
            http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC33/Custom+Search+Include+Exclude+Groups+and+Tags+with+and_or

            would be good to include in core.
            attached find a revised version of the search using the existing class name (Erik's code differs a bit)
