Cleanup line item table for duplicate entires.

            Description

            Make sure to cleanup line item table for duplicate entries,
            before adding unique constraint on `entity_table`,`entity_id`,`price_field_value_id`,`price_field_id`

            We have added this constraints in v3.3.beta3 during CRM-7111

            So we should update beta3 upgrade sql file and cleanup line item table before adding unique constraint.
