Description
Moving CIVICRM_SITE_KEY from settings.civicrm.php to the mysql table civicrm_domain would allow one to upgrade without having to save and recopy the keys.
As it is I find it painful to have to manually re-add the keys after every upgrade, but I have witnessed people not realize why things stopped working after upgrading a site.
