Sorry no patch on this one, just a suggestion.
I looked into a way to do this myself and didn't have much luck. Maybe Deepak has some ideas. It's not easy or fast for an average user to 'unselect' several filters once they have been selected. Some people don't even know you can CTRL click to unselect. (attached)
It would enhance usability to add a 'clear all filters' button here. If you agree, either could you do it or you can give me some pointers I can take a crack at it?
Seems it might take some fancy jQuery with dynamic ids of the form elements. Or maybe it is easier if there is just a way to reload the whole report page and that will clear the filters.

These 448 issues have not been worked on for the past 18 months.
Doing a bulk close of old issues to make the issue queue more manageable. We should do this on a periodic basis.
We need a "reset form" for a few other complex forms and we need to figure out a generic solution for this.
