Money format radio custom data not showing up on view user page

There is a comp procedure that tries to match stored values with possible options for a given custom group. It needs to convert one of the sides to money format in order for the comparison to work, but currently it does not.

The attached patch offers a possible fix. If it doesn't apply cleanly just take a look at it, its very simple.
