Dashboard dashlets should take up 100% of horizontal space if configured to show dashlets in left column only.

If the Dashboard dashlets are set up to display in the left or right column only, the dashlets should be shown across the entire screen.

I set it up this way because I don't want to have to horizontally scroll in each little iFrame - I would rather it just take up the entire screen real estate and scroll down.
