Format phone numbers using user-configurable input mask (For contact detail and contact summary forms)

It would be nice for phone numbers to be formatted as (###) ###-#### or ###.###.#### depending on how the administrator wanted them to be displayed.

Something to take into consideration is phone numbers from a different country that uses a different number of digits.
