doSiteMove() broken in 3.3.x - patch included

            Description

            In CiviCRM 3.3.1, the function doSiteMove() in CRM/Core/BAO/Setting.php does not update anymore the url_preferences and directory_preferences (although the directory_preferences now seem to be always relative, so do not need updating).
