Shares address with is not respected in self-service areas

When an individual contact has the "shares address with" checkbox set, the self-service areas incorrectly updates the individual address.

To reproduce this issue: Create a individual "John Doe" who is sharing their address with their household.

Login to Drupal as John Doe, then click the "My Account" link, then "edit name and address".

Change any/all parts of John Doe's address.

Go into the staff area and look at John Doe's contact summary screen. It shows the newly changed address, with the label of "shares address with". However, if you click the link to look at the household contact, it still shows the original address.

The same issue arises with any self-service profile that includes the address.
