            Description

            Refer to issue #CRM-6147.
            The problem is appear again.

            When exporting the data from civicrm, we have translated column title in exported csv file. Without this patch, we can't import csv which generated from civicrm for non-english user. Because the automatic mapping rule always guess by english column name.
