Expand icon to show activities broken on "my cases" and "all cases" dashlet

            Description

            The My Cases dashlet has a small indicator triangle that enables expanding or collapsing a record in the dashlet so that you can see all activities in a case without having to go to the actual case page. That function works well in "dashlet" mode but doesn't work in full screen mode. The indicator / triangle does not respond then. We're on 3.3.0 but is the same on demo.civicrm.org.

            These issues (http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-6827 and http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-6785) seem to solve that, but don't, as far as I can tell. Not in the install I use nor on http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/
