Use drupal IP address function for drupal installs as it recognises reverse proxies

The drupal function to get the user's ip address handles the situation where the server is behind a reverse proxy and respects configuration done in settings.php. Use that function if the CMS is drupal.

NB - I didn't manage to establish a Joomla! equivalent
