Make CRM/Util/PDF/Label.php read label sizes from database

            Description

            Currently label sizes are hard coded into CRM/Util/PDF/Label.php and available label names are copied into ./CRM/Contact/Form/Task/Label.php

            I'd prefer to have label names and sizes configurable in the database instead
