3 Civicontribute custom form enhancements

1) Ability to choose your own paypal button - either from the paypal ones - or add your own - maybe with a warning about https:
2) No need for the cancel button.
3) Ability to add plain text - or html) after the paypal button (on express) eg. I had to put in some disclaimers regarding tax - that were most appropriate at the bottom of the page. It didn't require any form elements - so the custom form didn't work
