Can't select "Phone Type" in export field mappings

Trying to create a CSV export for a phone book, would like to export land line, cell phone and fax number columns.

The field mapping step in the export form flow lets me select the general "Phone" entry and then adds a select box for the "Location type", but not the "Phone type", so i can select "Work" or "Home", but can't specify "land line", "mobile", "fax" ... :/
