civicrm_subscription_history is being updated (as ?Admin?) much too often

            Description

            The civicrm_subscription_history table seems to be updated (via CRM_Contact_BAO_SubscriptionHistory::create()) much too often ? at least on every profile change ? with method set to ?Admin? and status set to ?Added?.
