Description
xhtml text "xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">" appears at top of contribution receipt pdf. This pdf appears to be sent as an attachment each contribution receipt.

I have checked by configuring membership type with zero amount and did membership signup.
PDF receipt that I received as an attachment of membership signup seems to be correct.
Could you please confirm your "Receipt Message" text from Manage Contribution Pages -> Configure -> Receipt section.
( since we are printing / displaying this text message on the top of pdf receipt )
Also could you please let me know exact steps to replicate the issue.
